Order Cancellation
At Arvolias, we are happy to process order cancellations as long as the order has not yet been shipped. If your order is cancelled, a refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it. To avoid any inconvenience, if you need to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns(if applicable)
We offer a convenient 30-day return policy. Within 30 days of delivery, you may submit a return request by contacting our customer service team.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and original packaging. Our customer service team will provide you with a return address so that you can send the item back.
Please note that custom-made orders or items are not covered by the 30-day return policy.
If you receive a damaged package, please keep the original packaging and take photos of the packaging and the damaged product. Please contact us at [email protected] within one week to report the issue. Our team will resolve the matter as soon as possible.
Return Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent), Arvolias will cover the return shipping costs.
If you wish to return an item for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, ordered the wrong size or color, no longer need it), you will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs.
**Important Note: Regarding Return Costs for Large Items**
Please note: Furniture items are usually large, heavy, and bulky. Therefore, the actual shipping costs for returning these items may be substantial. We strongly recommend that you carefully check all dimensions, colors, and product details before placing an order to avoid unnecessary return shipping costs.
We do not charge any "restocking fees".
Refunds (If Applicable)
After we receive and inspect your returned package, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be credited to your account—typically within 24-48 hours for PayPal transactions or 7-10 business days for credit card transactions (depending on the processing time of your credit card company or bank).
If your refund is denied, we will provide the reason for the denial and offer an adjusted refund amount or an alternative solution. If you do not agree with the denial, please provide additional information so that we can review the matter further.

Once your refund is approved, please allow the necessary processing time for the funds to be returned to your account. If you do not receive your refund within the expected time frame, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] for assistance.
If we have already processed and submitted your refund, the responsibility for further processing lies with third-party providers such as PayPal, banks, or credit card companies. If you need additional support, we will be happy to provide you with a refund confirmation to present to them.
