Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. For in-stock items, delivery can be expected within 3-7 business days.
Return Policy
You are free to request a return within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, you will be refunded within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Cost
If the return is quality related, we will cover the shipping cost. If the return is due to personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. No restocking fee will be charged.
Warranty
Beginning from the date of delivery, purchased products include a 3 month warranty.In the event of manufacturing defects, the Buyer can request a refund, partial reshipment or full reshipment within the warranty period.
Please note that the warranty policy does not apply to the following situations
Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear or natural disaster and accidents, including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears abrasions, scratches, watermarks, indentation or pet damage
Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications, except with written approval from Seller

Unless special circumstances arise, orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after we receive the orders. Individual orders may be delayed due to temporary shortages. All orders are shipped out via UPS or FedEx.
